Course Title: Coaching for Personal Change

Duration: 4 EVENINGS

  • AIM:
    To facilitate participants in coping with change and achieving their goals. During the course attendees will experience how to realise a goal. They will also prepare a detailed Personal Action Plan.

  • PROGRAMME CONTENT:
     - Introduction to the power of Life Coaching

         - Growing Self-Awareness and Responsibility

         - Setting SMART Goals & Action Planning

         - Overcoming Obstacles.

WHO SHOULD APPLY:
Any person who is motivated to overcome obstacles and achieve their goal.

NUMBER OF PLACES
Maximum of 14, on a first come first served basis
 
TRAINING METHODS
Private coaching sessions, Short Power-point presentations, Group exercises,  Experiential role-play,
Case Studies, Questions and Answers.
FAS-approved trainer with 25 years management experience.
 
OPTIONAL EXTRA
Individual Business Coaching sessions on completion of course to maximise the application in the workplace of skills learned.
